Underpinning all this will be your excellent grasp of business intelligence and how it can bring improvements to healthcare settings.ДЄn advanced understanding of T-SQL, SQL Server ETL processes and database design would be advantageous as a minimum, you must have a good foundation in writing SQL queries to allow you to work seamlessly with ETL developers and systems experts and to create robust data models. You must have demonstrable experience of developing вЂ“ end-to-end вЂ“ a range of reports and dashboards, from creating data models in Power BI Desktop through to writing complex DAX. YouвЂ™ll be a subject-matter expert, so youвЂ™ll be expected to mentor staff and to help define Power BI standards, ensuring that best practices are widely adopted across the department. Power BI will be your bread and butter, so youвЂ™ll need to be a whizz in Power BI Desktop, to keep abreast of the latest technological changes, and to have that creative flare to turn user stories into stunning solutions thatвЂ™ll address a wide range of clinical, operational, strategic and policy questions.
